Terms of Service
Effective date: April 8, 2026
§1. General provisions
1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the Money Count web service, available at moneycount.app (hereinafter: "Service").
2. The Service is operated by Wiktor Pajdzik, an individual providing digital services, based at: Mszana Górna 553, 34-733 Mszana Górna, Poland (hereinafter: "Operator").

4. By using the Service, you accept these Terms.
§2. Account registration
1. Using the Service requires creating an account. Registration is free and available to persons aged 18 or older.
2. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
3. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
§3. Plans and payments
1. The Service offers the following plans:
- Free – free of charge, with limited features.
- Premium – monthly subscription at PLN 19.
- Family – monthly subscription at PLN 29, includes shared budget access.
2. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. The Operator does not store payment card data.
3. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
§4. Cancellation and refund policy
1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management panel in the Service.
2. After cancellation, access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period.
3. The Operator offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact wiktor@moneycount.app within 30 days of your first payment.
§5. User obligations
1. You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, and good practices.
2. Prohibited actions include:
- sharing your account with third parties,
- attempting to disrupt or interfere with the Service,
- using the Service for illegal or unethical purposes,
- reverse engineering or copying the Service's source code.
§6. Intellectual property
1. All rights to the Service, its design, code, trademarks, and content belong to the Operator or are licensed by the Operator.
2. Financial data entered by users remains their property. The Operator processes it solely to provide the Service.
§7. Availability and liability
1. The Operator strives to ensure the Service is continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
2. The Operator is not liable for financial decisions made based on data or AI-generated recommendations. AI content is informational and does not constitute financial advice.
3. The Operator's liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the last 3 months.
§8. Changes to Terms
1. The Operator reserves the right to update these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notice.
2. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, you may delete your account.
§9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will first be resolved amicably; otherwise the competent court is the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's place of business. Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
